the spa is just a small pool—absolutely not what I expected. I also found ants crawling around my room, which is just disgusting. I asked for a room upgrade since I was clearly deserving of better, but that was ignored. I almost wanted to give a good review, but I just couldn't, especially with that dirtied floor.

The rooftop seating area has lovely views and is a perfect spot to unwind.

The cleanliness in my room left much to be desired, as I found the floor dirty upon arrival, and there were ants in the corner which added to my frustration. Additionally, I had an unexpected encounter with noise from the room above, which made relaxing difficult at times.

the hotel was a fantastic base for our adventures, with beautiful staff who went out of their way to make our stay special, including greeting us with fresh milk for our tea after a day of walking through the nearby arab baths and the stunning cathedral just a short stroll away.

The room was super spacious, and I loved the little touch of macarons waiting for us when we returned at night. The spa had a relaxing jacuzzi and a soothing steam room, which really helped unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit choppy at times, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

the santa clara urban hotel & spa was a lovely stay. the rooftop terrace offered stunning views, and the bar man was incredibly helpful, bringing drinks right to us. it’s also located on a quiet street, very close to the cathedral and other attractions, making it a perfect spot.

The hot tub in the spa provided a relaxing experience after exploring the town, which is conveniently located near the hotel. The lobby's decor was delightful, and the staff were always available and friendly.
